Harlequin Players

Oliver!

Harlequins' final 1967 production was the classic Lionel Bart musical Oliver! Breaking with tradition, the show was offered for a seven-night run after an extended ten-day rehearsal schedule. The massive cast was headed by Bradley Bayoud as Oliver, Ann D. Armstrong as the Artful Dodger, Mark Capri as Fagin, Bill Hootkins as Mr. Bumble, Christy Westerheim and Pat Richardson sharing the role of Nancy, and Peter Lutken and Sara Taubman as the Sowerberrys. Auditions were opened to non-Harlequins because of the size of the cast.
