Community Roars at Lion Pride Night

On Friday, September 4, 2015, more than 900 students, parents, faculty, and alumni gathered for Lion Pride Night, the first all-school spirit party to cheer on the lions at the opening home football game.

Lion Pride could be felt across campus as early as morning carpool, when football players passed out ribbons, stickers, and leis. Upper School students kept the energy going at the pep rally, where seniors asked students to luau-out at the game.

After the school day ended, the Perot quadrangle was packed with fans dining on In-N-Out Burger for a picnic-style party. The cheerleaders and band got the crowd pumped up before leading them into the stadium for a night of Texas football.
