Mr. Jordan Leads 25th Wyoming Trip

For the past quarter of a century, third–grade teacher Frank Jordan has spent his summers leading Lower School boys on a trek through the majestic Wyoming wilderness. At age 70, the indefatigable Mr. Jordan still serves as both sherpa and tour guide for the fifteen boys and their parents who explore Yellowstone Park, camp under the stars, hike up Mt. Washburn, raft the scenic Snake River, visit Old Faithful, and experience wildlife from bald eagles and ospreys to moose and grizzly bears.

In recent years, the Wyoming Trip has become not just a favorite memory of students but of alumni as well. To date, 26 graduates have accompanied their Lower School sons with Mr. Jordan, solidifying the Wyoming Trip as a tradition for generations of Marksmen.
