Seniors Travel to YoungArts Week

Painter Robbey Orth ’13 and photographer Michale Gilliland ’13 recently returned from the YoungArts Week held in Miami, Florida. The budding artists were chosen as YoungArts Finalists among thousands of other students nationwide and invited to attend the week-long event. Finalists had the opportunity to showcase their work, meet with other young artists, and participate in master classes. Sophomores Cameron Baxley and Lance Bock also received honorable mention for their woodworking.

YoungArts is the exclusive nominating organization for selection of the Presidential Scholar in the Arts.
