Opportunities to study Industrial Arts at the School start in fifth grade, when students are introduced to hand-tool woodworking and plastics. As they progress through Middle School, students are able to learn how to use power tools and take on more challenging, in-depth projects. In Upper School, they use CAD software to make projects that marry form and function. Recently, a number of students were awarded Gold Key and Silver Key awards for their work by the 2014 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
