We are looking for volunteers to assist in various roles leading up to Fun Day, and there are many ways to get involved throughout the day, from organizing games and handing out snacks, to supervising inflatables, or helping with setup and cleanup.
This year, each grade has been assigned specific spots to fill. Each shift is 30 minutes, and most grades have
8 slots to cover. We’re asking for your help in making sure your grade’s spots are filled. In addition, there are some general volunteer opportunities that are open to everyone, so please sign up and also share with grandparents!
Event Details:Date: Friday, September 26, 4 - 6 p.m.
Location: The Hockaday School, 11600 Welch Rd, Dallas, TX 75229
Volunteer Shifts: There are several options to choose from which include helping to organize Fun Day t-shirts and bags, promoting Fun Day at carpool, taking photography, and/or volunteering for a 30 minute on-site shift.
Click here to volunteer. Whether you can give 30 minutes, or commit to a longer shift, we’d love to have you be a part of the fun. It’s a great way to support our school community and see the kids in action!
If you would like to order Fun Day packages, please follow the link below to order!
Click here to order activity and meal bands. Please note that this year, t-shirts are no longer included in the Fun Day packages. Instead,
all Hockaday and St. Mark’s students in Grades PK-4 will receive a free Fun Day t-shirt to wear to school for the event. Shirts will be provided only to
enrolled Hockaday and St. Mark’s students in those grades (not siblings).
