    Bridget Redondo-Doan earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a M.F.T. from University of Southern California. She has been serving as Lower School counselor since joining the faculty in 2021 as a member of the Marksman Wellness Center team. Previously, Redondo-Doan was a clinical therapist at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and a therapist at Dallas Metrocare. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor and licensed professional counselor. She is a member of the American School Counselor Association, the American Psychological Association, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the Lonestar State School Counselor Association.

    Dr. Gabriela Reed has been a member of the St. Mark’s community since 2014. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently serves as the director of the Marksman Wellness Center. She earned her B.S. from Texas A&M University and Ph.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Reed completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Children’s Health and was a psychologist in the Department of Gastroenterology. She developed the Middle School Health and Wellness curriculum and teaches the seventh and eighth grade health and wellness classes.

    A native of Canada, Raeann Robertson became a member of the Office of Development and Alumni Relations in 2023 where she serves as development assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta, Canada. Before coming to St. Mark’s, Robertson worked in early childhood education in the classroom and administration at Wesley Prep. Prior to that, she worked as a blood bank technologist at Carter Blood Care. She holds Childcare Development Associate certification, is a medical technologist, a blood bank technologist and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology.

    Analisa Rodriguez has served as director of bands since joining the faculty in 2022. She earned her B.M. from Trinity University and an M.Mus. from the University of North Texas. Previously, Rodriguez was an assistant band director at Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio. She is a doctoral student working on a Ph.D. in music education at the University of North Texas, where her research topic is “Music Meets Masculinity: An Ethnography of an All-Boys Band Program.”

    Doug Rummel is the holder of the Founders Master Teaching Chair (2016) and teaches 8th grade physical science and Information Engineering for juniors and seniors. He joined St. Mark’s in 1998 after nearly a decade teaching 8th grade at the Greenhill School in Addison, Texas. He received his M.A.T. in Science Education from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1988 while working as adjunct faculty in Biology at Brookhaven Community College. He received his B.S. in General Science from Oregon State University in 1983. Doug helped develop a high school introductory engineering curriculum for the Infinity Project, a joint venture between SMU, Texas Instruments, and the National Science Foundation. A co-coach for the St. Mark’s robotics teams, he is heavily involved in engineering education and managing the new shop, makerspace, and biotechnology areas in the Winn Science Center. Doug and his wife Kerrin have two grown children, Jason (a programmer) and Shannon (a middle school science teacher). His outside interests are gardening, fishing, and traveling the world off the beaten path.

    Christopher Rutherford arrived at St. Mark’s in 2020 after previously teaching at Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles and at Colegio Los Nogales in Bogota, Colombia. He earned his B.A. from Occidental College and an M.A. from Claremont Graduate University. Rutherford teaches humanities, coaches baseball, sponsors the Baseball Club and serves as an eighth grade adviser.
