Historic Crew Finish
For the first time in School history, a St. Mark’s Crew boat qualified to participate in the prestigious Head of the Charles regatta in Boston, Massachusetts, over the weekend of October 18, 2019. Racing against the fastest doubles boats in the country, the St. Mark’s team of Christian Duessel ’20 and Billy Lockhart ’20 placed 8th out of 47 entries. The impressive Top 10 finish secures the Lions a spot in the 2020 Head of the Charles and strengthens the reputation of St. Mark's as one of the top crew programs in the country. Congratulations to these two Marksmen and Coach Pitts Yandell.
