    Alli joined the Office of Alumni Relations at St. Mark’s in February 2010. In 2003, Alli graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Art History and French. After graduation from UVA, Alli worked at the Chi Omega Executive Headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee, and served Chi Omega as Regional Director and Director of Chapter Services. Her role centered on nationwide chapter and leadership development as well as volunteer management.  In 2009, Alli graduated with a Masters in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she studied eighteenth-century French art. Her passion for art history continues in her volunteer work with The Junior League of Dallas, The Dallas Arboretum, and the Dallas Museum of Art.  Alli’s SPC roots run deep in her family. She is a 1999 graduate of Casady School and recalls fond memories of trips to St. Mark’s for ISAS 1997 and many sporting events. Alli resides in Dallas with her husband, Matt.

    As a member of the School’s technology team, John Endres joined St. Mark’s in 2010 and serves as technology and network specialist. Endres holds a B.A. degree from the University of Dallas, a master’s of divinity degree from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s degree in education from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

    Dansby Erwin has been a member of the Office of Development and Alumni Relations since 2018 and serves as Development project manager, where she coordinates special events on campus and works closely with the Board of Trustees and the Parents’ Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in education and human organizational development from Vanderbilt University. Her husband Jonathan is an alum, Class of 1992, and she is the mother of two Marksmen, Benjamin ‘24 and George ‘29. She was named recipient of the Superior Staff Award in 2021.

    Returning to his alma mater, Dr. Zachary Erwin ’96 serves as chair of the Language Department, a position he has held since 2018. He teaches classes in Spanish and earned a bachelor’s degree from Emory University. He holds master’s and doctoral degrees from Duke University. Prior to St. Mark’s, Erwin taught Spanish language at Swarthmore College, the University of Texas at Austin and Monmouth College. He sponsors the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica Spanish Honor Society and is a member of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese and the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Language.

    Alex Eshelbrenner ’04 serves as senior director of Alumni Engagement in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business and sports management from the University of Kansas and previously served as the Ahlberg & Ribman Family Director of Alumni Relations, where he worked to elevate the School’s alumni relationships through the Reunion Program, Alumni Leadership Speaker Series, regional clubs, College Ambassador Program, Terrill Society and other fundraising priorities. Eshelbrenner serves as a sixth grade adviser, an admission liaison and partners with the Student Alumni Association, the Business Consortium and the Entrepreneurship Club.

    David Evans joined the St. Mark’s faculty in 2006 as a member of the Language Department, where he teaches Spanish to Middle and Upper School students. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Spanish Peninsular Literature from Brigham Young University. Before coming to St. Mark’s, Evans was a graduate assistant at Brigham Young University. Evans coaches volleyball, serves as an eighth-grade advisor and is a regular participant in the Wilderness Program as a leader of the eighth-grade campout and the Pecos Wilderness trip. In 2023, he received the John H. Murrell Excellence in Teaching Award and is a member of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. He’s the dad to Grant ‘23.
