    Seth Magill has been teaching Middle School drama at St. Mark’s since 2020. He earned his B.F.A. from Southern Methodist University. Magill previously taught and directed theater at Cistercian Preparatory School, Dallas Children’s Theater and Shakespeare Dallas. He has performed onstage for many local theaters, including the Dallas Theater Center, Dallas Children’s Theater, Water Tower Theatre, Theatre Three, Kitchen Dog Theater and Shakespeare Dallas, where he played Hamlet. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Magill serves as a fifth-grade advisor and is the technical theater director for Middle and Upper School drama productions.

    Tim Mahoney joined the St. Mark’s faculty in 1999 and directs the School’s debate program. Father to Dalton ‘31, Mahoney earned his B.G.S. from University of Kansas. He previously served as director of forensics at University of Notre Dame, was an executive board member of the National Debate Coaches Association Tournament and director of the National Debate Coaches Association National Championships.
