The Christmas Star Planetarium Show
Every year, someone asks the question, “What was the ‘sign in the East’ mentioned in the second chapter of Matthew in the New Testament?” Dr. Steve Balog, Cecil H. and Ida Green Master Teaching Chair in Science, sets the stage for what people of that time could have seen and how they could have interpreted those astronomical events.
Shows are on Thursday and Satuday, December 1 and 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the St. Mark's Planetarium.
