Photography Named Top Program

Over the weekend of April 29, 2017, St. Mark’s hosted the Association of Texas Photography Instructors’ Top Program competition. At the conclusion of judging, St. Mark's photography students were awarded First Place in Portrait, Architecture, and Documentary and Second Place in Still Life. When all of the points were totaled, St. Mark’s was named the Top Program for the eleventh consecutive year.

The Top Program competition requires schools to submit portfolios in four of seven possible categories. Each portfolio must represent a broad sampling of student work and may not contain more than two photographs from any one student photographer. This year, St. Mark’s submitted portfolios in the Portrait, Architecture, Documentary, and Still Life categories.
