East Coast Alumni Say Farewell

On Saturday, October 19, 2013, St. Mark’s hosted the inaugural event on The Farewell Tour for Arnie and Jan Holtberg in New York City. More than 70 alumni and friends gathered together to celebrate the Holtbergs' dedication and service to our School. Wortie Ferrell, Head of Upper School, joined community members in honoring the couple. The evening began with an intimate conversation with Arnie about his tenure, followed by a reception, which included a special musical tribute by pianist Roderick Demmings ’12, a sophomore at Johns Hopkins University.

The Farewell Tour will make its next stops in 2014 in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and Austin and will culminate at Spring Alumni Dinner in April. Don’t miss out on the chance to congratulate Arnie and Jan. Click here for the official tour dates and additional information.
