Keeping the Community Together

In response to the public health crisis associated with the COVID-19 virus, St. Mark’s recently transitioned to a remote learning plan and suspended all on-campus activities. While these circumstances are unusual and the future seems, at times, uncertain, the School continues to prioritize one of its greatest assets: the strength, resilience, and connection of its community.

In order to maintain the School’s longstanding sense of community during this time apart, St. Mark’s recently launched 10600, a new webpage that features engaging content from teachers and students. Community members have already begun submitting videos and photos, sharing how they are learning and staying active during this time of social distancing.

“This website is students’ link to the St. Mark’s community while we’re away,” said Jack Trahan ’20, one of the Super Fan Men. “We’re excited to post Chapel Talks, Friday assemblies, or whatever fun content we can come up with to capture those parts of the St. Mark’s community that aren’t captured in our schoolwork.”

Check 10600 regularly, as we will be posting new content from Marksmen, teachers, coaches, students, and more. The hope is that this page will keep boys, faculty, and community members connected to one another.
