No-Shave November

St. Mark's Student Council has been working to raise awareness of important medical issues during the months of October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) and November (No-Shave November, highlighting men's health).

Recently, Upper School students supported No-Shave November by purchasing a wristband, allowing them to forego the usual clean-shaven policy. The funds raised go to support cancer education, prevention programs, and patient support services. This year, seniors let their little buddies share in the No-Shave activity – by way of fake mustaches.

TIB Talk: Wyatt Loehr ’25

In October, Whyatt Loehr ’25 gave a TIB Talk (This is Believe) to the Upper School. He shared a personal story of loss and emphasized how the St. Mark's community can come together to support each other. Wyatt challenged his classmates to support breast cancer awareness and "pink out" the upcoming football game.
